Quick answer
Yes, as long as every legal entity (Sdn Bhd) behind your outlets has completed the MyInvois authorisation steps. Integrated outlets show a Request e-Invoice button on completed orders; outlets that invoice through a third-party POS direct customers to your Finance team instead.
Centralized Entity Management
Yes, provided that each legal entity (Sdn Bhd) associated with your locations has completed the mandatory authorization steps.
Each outlet on Eats Venture is linked to the business details of the legal entity that owns it: its TIN, business registration number, registered name, MSIC code and address.
When a customer requests an e-Invoice, it is submitted under the entity linked to the outlet that fulfilled the order. That is why every Sdn Bhd must be authorised separately; one company's authorisation does not cover another's outlets.
See How does e-Invoicing work for my business on Shoppertise Eats Venture platform? for the multiple-entity rules, and How do I integrate my business with the MyInvois (IRBM) portal? for the steps.
Integrated Outlets
Integrated Outlets: For outlets where Shoppertise is the authorized intermediary, the "Request e-Invoice" button will be active for all completed orders.
The button appears in the customer's receipt email and next to the order under My Orders, within the request window. See Where can the Buyer request the e-Invoice? and Is there a timeline for Buyers to request?
Note
Only orders fulfilled on or after the date e-Invoicing took effect for the outlet are eligible. If no specific date was set for the outlet, Eats Venture uses 1 January 2026. Orders fulfilled earlier do not show the request option.
Manual/Exception Outlets
Manual/Exception Outlets: If specific outlets under your business use a third-party POS for invoicing, the system will instead direct customers to contact your Finance team directly.
For these outlets the customer sees a message to contact your brand's Finance Department, with your finance email address and a Contact Finance button. See How are requests handled if my business uses a third-party POS for e-Invoicing?
Note
An outlet can also have e-Invoice requests switched off entirely. Customers of that outlet then see no request option, and if they open a request link they are told: E-invoice requests are not available for this store. Contact Eats Venture support if an outlet shows this when it should not.
CEO tip
Opening a new outlet under a different Sdn Bhd? Complete that company's MyInvois authorisation and activation form before the outlet goes live online, so its customers can request e-Invoices from the first order.
