Does Shoppertise issue consolidated e-Invoices?

Quick answer

Yes. On the 4th of each month, Shoppertise submits a consolidated e-Invoice to IRBM covering the previous month's transactions where the Buyer did not request an individual e-Invoice. You do not need to do anything.

How consolidated e-Invoices work

Yes. For all transactions where a Buyer did not request an individual e-Invoice (unidentified buyers), Shoppertise will issue a consolidated e-Invoice on the 4th of each month covering the previous month's transactions to ensure your business remains compliant with IRBM regulations.

The 4th is the day after the Buyers' request window closes on the 3rd, so every Buyer has had their chance to request an individual e-Invoice first. See Is there a timeline for Buyers to request?

The monthly submission includes paid orders fulfilled in the previous month at outlets where Shoppertise is your intermediary, that are not cancelled and have no individual e-Invoice. It also picks up orders whose individual request failed and was not resubmitted.

How to check it in Web Admin

Open an order under Orders > Past Orders. Orders covered by the monthly submission show the e-Invoice status AUTO-SUBMITTED (UNIDENTIFIED CUSTOMER) once IRBM has validated them. See Will Shoppertise share the e-Invoice with Merchants? for the full list of statuses.

Note

If an order from the previous month was never marked completed or delivered, the monthly submission marks it Completed (pickup and dine-in) or Delivered (delivery) before submitting it. You may see this in the order's status history.

Note

Outlets that handle e-Invoicing through their own third-party POS are not part of this monthly submission. See How are requests handled if my business uses a third-party POS for e-Invoicing?

Caution

Shoppertise handles the technical submission, but the legal responsibility for the accuracy of the sale remains with your legal entity.
