Overview of how e-invoice works with Shoppertise Eats Venture

Overview

Shoppertise Eats Venture acts as an intermediary to facilitate the submission of e-Invoices to LHDN Malaysia on behalf of merchants (you).

Merchants may authorize Shoppertise Eats Venture to submit them through the official LHDN e-Invoice system.

This setup helps reduce operational complexity while ensuring compliance with Malaysia’s e-Invoice requirements.

Who Is This For

This applies to merchants who are legally required to issue e-Invoices under LHDN regulations.

If your business falls under the mandatory e-Invoice implementation phase, you must complete the authorization steps and send us the detail.

How the Intermediary Model Works

  1. Merchant grants authorization to Shoppertise Eats Venture in the LHDN e-Invoice system

  2. Shoppertise is registered as an approved intermediary

  3. Shoppertise submits e-Invoices to LHDN on the merchant’s behalf

  4. Submission status and compliance remain tied to the merchant’s legal entity

Important Notes on Multiple Legal Entities

If you operate multiple Sdn Bhd companies for different branches,

• Each Sdn Bhd is treated as a separate legal entity
• Authorization must be completed individually for each Sdn Bhd
• The setup process must be repeated for each company and its respective outlets

There is no shared authorization across different Sdn Bhd entities.
