Merchant Visibility & Access
While Shoppertise does not automatically send a copy to your administrative inbox, you and your customers can still access the documents:
For Buyers: If a customer needs to retrieve their document again, they can re-download the validated e-Invoice directly through your brand's Ordering Portal under their order history, "My Orders".
For Merchants: You can view the status of e-Invoice requests and related transaction data via your Merchant Web Admin Portal under orders, "Past Orders". You can re-send and download the validated e-Invoice.
